Hotel Serra Nevada Canela, Canela

I stayed at this hotel and found it very cozy and well-located near Canela's main street. The rooms were comfortable, but it would have been better with air conditioning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. The dining experience was just okay, but the heated pool was a highlight, even if it was sometimes too hot for me.
